Automated Monitoring of Label Coverage Levels

Ensuring minimum staffing levels is essential for the operational readiness of critical qualifications. To detect deviations from planned personnel requirements more quickly, automated reactions to changes in coverage levels can now be configured via flows.

The system continuously monitors the ratio between the minimum members required for a label and the emergency personnel actually available. As soon as defined thresholds are reached, a corresponding flow is triggered. The monitoring applies to the following events:

  • Coverage drops below 100 %
  • Coverage is 100 %
  • Coverage exceeds 100 %

With every flow execution, detailed information is transmitted to enable a precise response. In addition to the label name and ID, this includes the exact number of assigned and currently active persons, as well as the coverage in percent and the absolute reserve. Further measures can be configured within the flow, such as alarms or notifications via messenger.
