Pager deadman and emergency call functions as Flow-Triggers

Two triggers have been added to the flow, which respond to the dead man’s switch and the emergency call button of the FRED pager. Both functions can be activated and configured on the pager. In the case of lone worker protection, an alarm is triggered if a regular deadman tone is not acknowledged. The emergency call function is triggered at will by pressing a button. With both variants - if enabled - the GPS location of the device as well as all other device data are transmitted. In GroupAlarm these are available in the flow incl. the assigned pager user for further processing, e.g. to trigger an alarm or to create a messenger message.
