Participant list now displays device deactivation by the organization.

In the participant list, it is now directly visible on which devices an alarm will be sent to a participant. Previously, it was only displayed whether a device availability was enabled by the participant, but not whether it was also enabled in the organization. If a device is disabled for alarming by the organization, a blocked icon is displayed next to the participant for this device. If a device is enabled for alerting on participant level, the availability indicator appears again.
