Support of different coordinate formats

Up to now, GroupAlarm could only handle GPS coordinates according to WGS84. With this update, the UTM, ETRS89 and Gauss-Krüger systems are also supported. The input can be made via API, via web (trigger alarm and tag) and via flow. GroupAlarm automatically converts to WGS84 to display the data on the map.
