Units, availability, and incident log in the Cockpit app

The Cockpit app includes functions for incident commanders, managers, and crisis managers. Following the introduction of quick actions for alerting and flexible unit allocation via the app, the next modules are now available:

  • The Units module displays all units in the organization with their respective status and position on a map.
  • The Participants module lists all participants in the organization and shows their current availability and assigned labels.
  • The incident Log module allows you to easily maintain the log via the app.

The individual functions can be assigned to individual participants via permission roles. To use these functions, the paid extension “Cockpit” must be activated under Admin → Extensions. The necessary permissions are listed on the Admin → Cockpit overview page that is then visible.
