The hotlines operate according to the hunting method: When a call comes in, the subscribers (agents) receive the call forwarded. The first to answer the call is connected to the caller.

When creating a hotline, define directly which subscribers should accept calls and define the size of the hotline (incoming and outgoing channels). You also define the texts for callers and agents. Of course, you can also change all entries at short notice during operation.
You receive an itemised bill for each hotline as well as a call history documentation. You can see the number of the caller, which agents were available and who finally answered the call.
