Google Cloud Platform
GroupAlarm operates a Kubernetes cluster in the Frankfurt am Main region – at the world's highest-throughput internet exchange point – with local data storage in three independent availability zones. Secured and maintained by Google, certified according to ISO 27001, ISO 27017, SOC 2, SOC 3, BSI C5 audit (Level 2), among others.
Cloudflare
Web firewall against attacks from the internet Protection against Denial-of-Service attacks. Cloudflare manages millions of websites with over 39 million HTTP requests per second. Public connections to GroupAlarm are secured by Cloudflare. Certified according to ISO 27001, SOC 2, BSI C5 audit.
GitHub Advanced Security
Security begins with the first line of code. We rely on the industry standard GitHub Advanced Security to automatically detect vulnerabilities and security risks throughout the entire development lifecycle – even before a new feature goes into testing. This is how we guarantee the principle of "Security by Design".

GroupAlarm Trust CenterDevelopment
Further developments are carefully defined, documented, and tested before being rolled out. This is ensured, among other things, by the four-eyes principle, automated tests, and defined CI/CD pipelines.
Hosting
We host a scalable Kubernetes cluster with multiple redundancies in the Google Cloud, protected by Cloudflare firewalls. Google is BSI C5 (Level 2) audited and holds all relevant certificates.
Monitoring
We monitor essential key performance indicators with Grafana and other tools. In case of deviations from normal behavior or exceeding defined thresholds, an alarm is immediately triggered, and we initiate necessary measures.
