Enhancement of the alarm report

With this update, we are improving the information in the alarm report. Alerted participants without feedback are now included, and the display of long event names has been optimised.
If an alarm is triggered via a (shift schedule) escalation, the participants in the current shift schedules and the times of the alarms within the escalation are documented.
